The Google Toolbar is a part of the new Google Pack softwares that has been launched by Google. The Google Toolbar however requires some requirements in your personal computer.

The system requirements of the browser.

The Google toolbar is available for the Microsoft internet explorer. It is also available for the Mozilla Firefox. The Google Pack in future will offer the Google Toolbar for some of the other systems like the AOL or the Opera. The user must also note that the Google toolbar is not compatible with the beta version of the Mozilla Firefox. The Google toolbar is however compatible with the consumer releases of the Mozilla Firefox version 1.5 and the above versions.

Enhanced Search Box: As you type a search phrase into the new Toolbar's search box, you'll have a list of helpful suggestions, spelling modifications, your search history and bookmarks. You can click the ‘G’ icon to search various Google sites, the current site etc.

Google Safe Browsing: Google Safe Browsing makes you alert if a web page you visited asks for your financial or personal information under wrong pretences. This is known as fishing or spoofing and is becoming more complicated, dangerous and extensive.
