Certain questions are frequently asked by our members, so I thought I'd better create a page to answer those questions for all of you. Q. Is it safe to download this software? A. Yes.  This is a completely secure website, and there are even antivirus, spyware and adware utilities which come as part of the Google Pack.  So your computer will be much safer after the download than before it. Q. Why do you need my email address? A. Two reasons.  First, we have to ensure that you have a valid email address and are not a spammer before we will release the software to you.  Second, we will be sending you important information regarding your software, updates, news and tips.  And you're going to want to have all of this information to make the most of all your new software.  It's to your own benefit in making the best use of the Google Pack.  But don't worry, we will never spam you. Q. Why is all this software free? A. Google and their partners offer these products so that you get the benefits of the software, but also in the hopes that perhaps one day you'll purchase an upgraded version or another of their products which isn't free.  But there are no catches to these products.  They are absolutely free to you, and are fully intended to be free. Q. How long does it take to download the Google Pack? A. It takes only seconds to click the initial link and then each item of the Google pack takes anywhere from seconds to several minutes.  To download all of it takes less than an hour. Q. What operating systems does the Google Pack support? A. You must have Windows XP in order to download the Google Pack.  You may find, in searching the web, certain individual items are available for other operating systems.  And as Google and their partners continue working to make their products available to everyone, you'll find that more and more will be available in more versions for more operating systems.  But as of right now, you'll need Windows XP to get the Google Pack.
