Issues for the ETS payments
The AdSense provides the facility of payments in a foreign currency if, the bank allows it. You can also change the country of the bank in whose account you want the AdSense, to make the payments.
The AdSense provides support for issues regarding the payments, and provides the facility of test deposit, for checking the validity of your bank account.
Using the bank account of a bank in a foreign country
The AdSense permits you to use the bank account in the country that you have submitted, in the payments address. This is because using the bank account in a different country may raise the issues of the tax, and security. Therefore, if you wish to use the bank account in a different country, then you should close the account that you had submitted for the payments, and then submit a new application for the account, that you wish to like the payments should deposit.
The procedure for changing the country
You must first notify the Google AdSense that you wish to change the country by an email. In this email, you must also mention the bellow given things.
a)Had you ever received payments in the previous account? Moreover, if yes then what was the amount?
b)What were the date and the day on which, your page got the first impression for the AdSense? Moreover, how many impressions did the page receive on the first day?
c)And then lastly, the address that you now wish to receive the payments.
For additional information, you can see the advanced reports page in the AdSense account. You must refer to it, and provide the complete information that the AdSense demands, in the email. You must also provide the information about the tax, and the form of the payment you want.
As you must be knowing that, the AdSense starts the procedure of processing the payments on the 16th of the month, you should send the email i.e., the application before the 16th the month.
The validation of the bank account
You can verify the bank account by, simply testing the deposition of the test amount that the Google AdSense sends in your account. Once you receive this amount, you must tell the AdSense about it and give it the amount that you have received. If this amount is correct, then the AdSense will confirm the account, and then set the EFT as your mode of payments with that account. If the amount that you send to the Google AdSense is about 4 times wrong than what the AdSense sends, then it will not accept your application for making the ETS as your mode of payments for that account.
If the ETS payments fails
The payments may fail due the number of reasons, regarding the account information, or the bank issues etc.
If your ETS payment fails, then the AdSense will send a notice in the payments history page. This notice will contain the instructions for, what to do next. You can solve the problems in some cases, can be solved by re-entering the information for the account. You should provide this information again, on the sign-up page.
