The following information may make the participants aware of the system of the issuing of the payments and the holding of the payments by the Google AdSense,
The calculation of the earnings, The Google checks which of the account have reached a balance of $100 at the end of each month. This balance nay not reach the $100 mark in a single month but it can be the addition of the earnings of the consecutive months until it reaches the $100 mark. Then the process of the approval of the payments takes place. If it approves your payment then it will issue the payment and will display the detail of the payments o n the payments history section of your account shortly.
Then the process of the calculation of the payments will take place in the next few weeks. After the calculations are over the Google AdSense will post the payment details in the payments history page of your account. During this time, the Google will print, and then mail the check, to you. The check will have the payee name and address, as you have mentioned in your My Account tab. On the other hand, if you choose the ‘Electronic Funds Transfer’ form of payment then the Google AdSense would initiate the process of transferring the payment to the bank account that you have mentioned in the My Account tab. Then soon after this, the payment reaches to you.
The arrival of the payment may take the time according to your location and the form of the payment that you have selected. If locals of the US will receive the payments within the 1-2 weeks, after the Google AdSense has mailed the check. The publishers outside the US may take an additional week. If you have chosen the secured delivery, it will arrive within 5-7 days and if you have chosen the EFT payments, they will arrive in the 2-4 days.
If any problem occurs and the Google AdSense cannot issue the EFT delivery to you, it will let you know through a notice on your payment history page. If it happens that you do not receive the secured checks or the EFT delivery by the 5th of following month then you can inform the Google AdSense. They may re-issue the payments. The publishers receiving the payments through the secured delivery have to wait until the 25th of the following month.
The case of the holding of the payment by the Google AdSense
If you wish to receive the payments later, you may tell so to Google AdSense. Will hold the payments until you desire to receive them. You can also pause to all the payments with the help of the self-hold option from your account. This will remain until you do not remove the hold. Even with this hold, your earnings will not stop and they will keep accumulating in the account. After you remove the hold, you will receive the consolidated amount.
You can perform the process of the holding and un-holding by first f opening the My Account tab and then selecting the link from the payment holding section. For activating a hold select the Hold Payment and save the change and for un-holding deselect the Hold Payment checkbox and again save the change.
